Though I do not deny that there are those who are out to bleed the clients dry, but, there are also honest and trustworthy foreclosure advisers. Many organizations geared to helping distressed homeowners keep cropping up. There would be more advantage if a foreclosure adviser will remain honest and trustworthy, than just being a deceptive foreclosure adviser. All professions have a code of ethics to follow because professionals have a responsibility to the public since they are the one that received trainings on their respective fields.
